Kristen Mills, Bodyworker

Kristen Mills is a compassionate and skilled therapist whose work is deeply rooted in a lifelong passion for natural healing and helping others feel their best. A graduate of Michigan’s leading school of massage therapy, Blue Heron Academy, Kristen is trained in medical massage, Swedish massage, manual therapy, and several complementary modalities. Her specialty lies in gentle, therapeutic relaxation massage—a style she finds both effective and fulfilling.

For over 20 years, Kristen has been immersed in the world of holistic health. Her journey took on deeper meaning in 2014 when her oldest son was diagnosed with leukemia. That life-changing experience turned her personal interest in natural healing into a full-time mission. In 2018, she enrolled in courses at The Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education, further expanding her knowledge to support her family and community.

Outside of the treatment room, Kristen is a devoted wife, mom to three boys, and dog-mom to two spirited French bulldogs. She enjoys creating her own natural remedies like salves and tinctures and finds peace and purpose foraging in the woods. Kristen’s life, both professionally and personally, is centered around nurturing others—and she looks forward to sharing her calming touch and care with each client she serves.

Katie Barton – Life Coach

Katie Barton is a compassionate and intuitive life coach whose mission is to help others reconnect with their most authentic, unfiltered selves. She works with individuals who feel weighed down by life’s struggles—those who may feel broken, lost, or disconnected—and gently guides them toward a place of self-awareness, empowerment, and healing.

Katie’s journey into coaching was born from her own transformative experience. After leaving a decade-long career in teaching, she found herself on a deeply personal search for authenticity. That journey led her through moments of vulnerability, mental health challenges, and disillusionment with the traditional “fix-it” model of care. Labeled with diagnoses and prescribed medications, she realized that what she truly needed wasn’t to be fixed—but to be heard, seen, and accepted.

Through courage and curiosity, Katie began to rewrite her narrative. She embraced a new perspective: that she was never broken, only in need of deeper understanding and compassion. By exploring her inner world with honesty and grace, she discovered powerful tools for emotional healing and created a system that now helps others do the same.

Katie doesn’t offer quick fixes or diagnoses. Instead, she provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges with curiosity—not fear. Her work centers on the belief that healing begins with remembering who you really are—and learning to trust that version of yourself fully. Through her coaching, clients learn to shed limiting beliefs, embrace their truth, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-love.

Katie lives her purpose every day by guiding others back to wholeness—and she would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Rachel Robinson, DC, NET Practitioner

Dr. Rachel Robinson believes that true healing starts from the inside out—and that the most powerful way to create lasting health is to remove interference to the nervous system, allowing the body to self-regulate and self-heal as it is innately able to do. Releasing unresolved stress patterns held in the body is essential for allowing healing to happen. As a Level 2 certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, Dr. Rachel supports clients of all ages to reduce mind-body stress and regulate their nervous systems, which leads to lasting change in physical, mental, and behavioral health.

Anything from anxiety to addictions, or headaches to gut issues, Dr. Rachel has seen firsthand how stress imprints in the nervous system—and how powerful it is to finally release it.

Using NET, she helps adults let go of long-held patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode, without having to relive trauma or force behavioral change. Teens regulate their emotions and navigate social pressure with more ease. Children sleep better, connect more peacefully with siblings, and experience fewer meltdowns.

Whether you’re dealing with physical pain or emotional overwhelm, NET provides a safe, non-invasive way to reconnect to your body’s own ability to heal. In Dr. Rachel’s care, clients often say they feel more calm, clear, and connected after just one session.

Dr. Rachel is also a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor with advanced training in brain-based, neurologically focused care for children. She is passionate about combining structural, emotional, and neurological care to support true, root-cause healing.

She is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy, and has completed advanced spinal correction and scoliosis training. She graduated summa cum laude from Life University and is a proud lifelong learner through the ICPA and beyond.

At her practice, clients often arrive feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or out of answers. Dr. Rachel offers a clear, compassionate path forward—because healing isn’t just about chasing symptoms. It’s about finally getting to the why behind them.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying all four seasons outdoors, grounded in nature, inspired by movement, music and silence.

Delanie Aguilar, LM CPM

I believe that over the last century, we have gradually surrendered the care and well-being of our families to outside institutions—but it’s time to reclaim our responsibilities and autonomy. Your family matters. You, as a woman, matter. How we birth and nourish our children into this world matters deeply.

Raised in Grand Rapids, MI, I grew up surrounded by books—my favorite was my mother’s medical encyclopedia. Though a book nerd at heart, I struggled with traditional school’s rigid, one-size-fits-all approach. At my mother’s intuition, I was pulled from school in fourth grade to be homeschooled alongside friends from our church, who became like family. This freedom ignited my love of learning and exploration.

I was raised with the conviction that we alone are responsible for our decisions, and the best way to make them is by thoroughly researching, weighing the totality of evidence, and then choosing what aligns best with our family and with God’s intention for us.

As a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife, I am passionate about supporting families in reclaiming their power—empowering women to trust their bodies, make informed choices, and embrace birth and nourishment as sacred, life-changing experiences.
